In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item or items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it or they were received by you, defining this condition as: new, unaltered and displayed in its original packaging. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of return.

Please note that as our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, any returns will need to be sent directly to the manufacturer, and not via a UK address. We are not liable for the costs associated with the return of your order. Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the full value of the items.
