If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order being received.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item or items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it or they were received by you, defining this condition as: new, unaltered and displayed in its original packaging. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of return.

Please note that any returns will need to be sent directly to the fulfillment center that shipped the item, and not to a UK address. We are not liable for the costs associated with the return of your order. Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the full value of the items.
